UNC Greensboro ($45 deposit or the full amount) or attach
a note with a Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date, and daytime
phone number of the card holder.
2) Address an envelope to the camp address below. Take
the completed application, check and stamped envelope to your

back of the application and mail it for you or will complete the recommendation
and return it to you for mailing.

parent signature and music teacher recommendation) must arrive
together with the $45 deposit check. Incomplete applications will not
be processed until all materials have been properly completed and received.

Apply Early!
The UNCG Summer Music Camp fills very quickly. In order to be
accepted, you must apply as soon as possible. During the month
of February, when the applications first become available, we typically
receive nearly 1,700 applications. The most popular instruments,
such as flute, clarinet, trumpet, alto saxophone, violin and piano often
fill by early March. So, apply early!
What happens next?
After your application has been received and accepted, we will send
additional material to you. This will include a receipt and preliminary
information including a sample schedule and fee statement. If,
for some reason, your application is not complete, a deposit was not
received, or we don't have immediate room for you in camp, we will call
you to confirm information and explain your options about being placed
on the waiting list. (For more information on waiting list
procedures, please see the frequently asked questions
section of the website.)
At the height of the application time for camp, from February 1st until
April 15th, we do not process applications until three to four weeks
after the postmark. Take note of the date you sent your application,
and if it has been four weeks since you sent it in, please feel free
to give us a call. We thank you for your patience.
Full payment of your Summer Music Camp tuition will be due on June
1, 2008. Around mid-June, you will receive a packet of
detailed information including information about registration day, a
list of what to bring, a medical history/treatment permission form,
a map, a sample schedule, and any other information you will need.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your application for Summer Music Camp and receive a
refund less $45.00 (non-refundable portion on all camp fee plans)
if the request is made two weeks prior to the opening of the
week you had planned to attend (for 2008, the deadline for refunds will
be June 30 for week 1 cancellations and July 7 for week 2 cancellations).
No money will be refunded for any reason after the two week deadline.
Students arriving late for camp or leaving early are not eligible
for any monetary compensation. The Camp Membership is not transferable
to anyone else, and the $45 registration deposit is not refundable
for any reason.
