Week No. 1:  July 9-14, 2017
Week No. 2:  July 16-21, 2017

The UNCG Summer Music Camp application process is entirely ONLINE! Parents must make the online application for their child.  You must utilize a laptop computer or a desktop computer.  Your tablet or smart phone will not work for the application process!  Allow two weeks for the processing of your online application.  After your application is accepted, you will also be able to pay your $50 deposit online using a Visa or MasterCard over a secure payment portal. The cooperation of the camper’s parent will be required in the ONLINE application process and camp applicants will need to provide us with the name and email address of your music teacher, who will be contacted to verify your musical skills, grade level and behavior.

Parents, if you made application last year, you may log back in to our system using the same password to access your “account” as before and make adjustments to the file for your child, saving you some time.

As you make application for America’s Most Popular Music Camp as a new applicant, the camper’s parent will establish an “account” with the UNCG Summer Music Camp with your own login and password which will allow you to access your records online at any time prior to camp. You will be able to pay your camp balance online by the June 1 deadline utilizing a Visa or MasterCard or you may also mail us a check.

The Music Camp online application process is now open.  Last year, we received nearly 900 applications for the UNCG Summer Music Camp on February 1st alone!!  A few instruments reached their quota before sunrise on February 1st.

Thanks for making my son’s 6th year as terrific as the 5 years before that. He can’t wait to attend his 7th (and final…) summer camp next year! The first year, I had a bag packed, as I wasn’t sure I could leave him there. Every year since, I’ve headed home with smiles and security, knowing he was safe, and having the time of his life! Thanks UNCG!!

Emailed to Camp Director July 23, 2012

I just wanted to send my sincerest thanks for the amazing experience my son, Green Beginner Band, Week 1, had during UNCG Music Camp. From a parents perspective, it was one of the most well organized and educational camps I have ever experience.  Plus it was a great opportunity for him to experience some grown up freedom in a safe and structured environment. From his perspective, it really lit a fire under him as far as thinking about pursuing music in college. Thanks for such a wonderful experience…we will definitely be back (if we can get in!).
